R: Housekeeping! Can I help you?

客房部,您有事要幫忙嗎?

G: Yes. This is Cruise in room 1715. I checked into my room 20 minutes ago.

是的,我是住1715房的克魯斯,我是20分鐘前入住的。

R: Yes, Is everything all right in your room?

您房間的一切還好吧?

G: Well, no. First the bathroom is in a total mess. The shower doesn’t have hot water and the tub is just filthy. The floor is all wet and there is no mattress. Then there is no soap. No towels, not even toilet paper.

很不好,首先洗澡間亂七八糟,淋浴器材沒有熱水,浴缸簡直臟透了,地板是濕的,也沒有墊子,而且沒有肥皂,毛巾,連紙巾也沒有。

R: Oh, I’m sorry to hear that. We do apologize for the inconvenience. I’ll have the shower fixed, the tub cleaned, the floor dried and the toilet items sent to your room immediately.

噢,非常抱歉有這種事情發生,對給您帶來的不便我們表示歉意,我叫人馬上把淋浴器材修理好,把浴缸刷幹凈,把地板弄幹並把衛生用品給您送過去。
