R: Housekeeping! Can I help you?

客房部,您有事要帮忙吗?

G: Yes. This is Cruise in room 1715. I checked into my room 20 minutes ago.

是的,我是住1715房的克鲁斯,我是20分钟前入住的。

R: Yes, Is everything all right in your room?

您房间的一切还好吧?

G: Well, no. First the bathroom is in a total mess. The shower doesn’t have hot water and the tub is just filthy. The floor is all wet and there is no mattress. Then there is no soap. No towels, not even toilet paper.

很不好,首先洗澡间乱七八糟,淋浴设备没有热水,浴缸简直脏透了,地板是湿的,也没有垫子,而且没有肥皂,毛巾,连纸巾也没有。

R: Oh, I’m sorry to hear that. We do apologize for the inconvenience. I’ll have the shower fixed, the tub cleaned, the floor dried and the toilet items sent to your room immediately.

噢,非常抱歉有这种事情发生,对给您带来的不便我们表示歉意,我叫人马上把淋浴设备修理好,把浴缸刷干净,把地板弄干并把卫生用品给您送过去。

G: Thank you.
