用铝制饭盒盛装食物通常对人无害。从铝摄入量限额出发,不建议使用有明显划痕的铝制品盛装酸性或高盐的食物,不建议使用破旧的铝制品接触食物。
喜欢金属饭盒的话,可以换用食品级不锈钢饭盒。
实验显示,通过以铝箔包裹食物并烘烤等常规饮食接触的铝的量不对一般消费者构成风险 [1] 。铝制饭盒盛装的食物的温度通常远低于铝箔烘烤所用的温度,铝混入食物的速度更慢。
